My Therapeutic Approach
My approach is relational, holistic, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I integrate a range of therapeutic modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. My work integrates Strengths-Based Practice, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
Sessions are collaborative, compassionate and focused on what matters to you most. Together, we’ll work to build insight, shift patterns, and create meaningful and sustainable change.
